A Recap of Fall

This year we planted our biggest garden yet that produced nothing but zucinni, a million squash bugs, and thousands of miniature jalapenos that could burn straight through your skin. We had a few strangely shaped tomatoes, cucumbers, bell peppers, yellow squash and cilantro too but mostly just zucinni. It was crazy. I mean really, you can only eat so much zucinni. One night Trevin found this sweet piece of wood that looked like a knife. So he picked some of our plentiful zucinni and sliced it up for dinner. No, we didn't really eat it but he had a lot of fun cutting it up.

Dustin's family has a tradition of going to the cabin and listening to the October sessions of General Conference on the radio. This year they got tickets to a session so they didn't go but we decided to keep the tradition and head up. We even stayed awake through most of the sessions.
Libby sucked on this piece of Turkey bacon she had at breakfast all day, like it was a binky.

Since the Fall started out so warm we decided to enjoy all of the warm weather we had left at Discovery Park. Laura joined us for the adventure.

Then when the weather cooled off we had to entertain ourselves inside. So Trevin started learning the art of fort making. Our furniture and blankets will never be the same.
